Client Facilities 
The stables

We have 9 external stables set in a horseshoe shape around the yard, 7 are 12’ x12’, and 2 are 16’ x 12’ all are fitted with fully sealed rubber matting and lighting. Stables are bedded with Equisorb bedding which is Bio degradeable. Each stable also has a rug pole, lick block holder, several Internal tie rings and a Tack rail fitted outside.
Kitchen
We have a working kitchen area adjacent to the stables with hot & cold running water, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave & toaster. There is plenty of storage space for Owners personal belongings and separate toilet facilities for Clients use. There are picnic tables and seating areas around the yard and BBQ facilities for those summer evenings.
Paddocks , Canter Track & Woodland

We have over 15 acres in total, with post and rail exterior fencing & well maintained electric dividing fencing with an isolation paddock near the yard. We offer both group and individual turnout all year round.


 There is also a grass canter track around the perimeter of the property that runs through the woods.
Hacking
Easy access to an extensive network of TROT bridleways and safe hacking in the surrounding area. We have riding access to The Hop Farm Country Park and fields with direct access from the yard.
Outdoor School & Show Jumps
Our clients have full use of our 50m x 25m rubber 'Soft track' outdoor arena, fitted with flood lighting and post and rail exterior fencing. We are currently installing a set of mirrors at one end of the arena. We also have a full set of ‘‘Jump for Joy’’ show jumps including water tray, gate and a wall.
Tack Room
Spacious double lined, dead bolt locked secure tack room.
Feed/Rug Room & Car Parking
We have a large separate feed & rug room equipped with plenty of storage space for Clients belongings.
There is ample daily car parking space. If you need more permanent lorry or trailer parking then please discuss your requirements.
